Specialist Lawyers
Law firm specialising in Canary Islands legislation. We handle cases across the archipelago with in-depth knowledge of regional law, particularly in urban planning, coastal law, environmental matters and regulated sectors. Our experience with the specific legal particularities of the Canary Islands ensures advice adapted to island life.
The legal framework in the Canary Islands has particular features arising from its special Economic and Fiscal Regime (REF) and specific regional powers. For this reason, lawyers in the Canary Islands must master both national law and regional regulations, particularly in areas such as urban planning, the environment, tourism and energy. A firm with a regional presence offers a comprehensive view of Canary Islands legislation and its practical application across the archipelago.
