Specialist Lawyers

Law firm specialising in inheritance law. We handle wills, declarations of heirs, estate distribution and tax advice to optimise taxation in the Canary Islands.

Managing an inheritance in Lanzarote requires knowledge of both civil law and the specific tax rules of the Canary Islands, where there are inheritance tax rebates worth taking advantage of. At our firm we handle wills, declarations of heirs, estate distribution and disputes between co-heirs, including tax guidance. We assist both island residents and heirs living outside Lanzarote or abroad, making remote management as easy as possible. If the inheritance is contested, we also represent our clients in the judicial proceedings.
