We provide comprehensive assistance at every stage of judicial proceedings, whether civil, criminal or administrative. We handle the preparation, direction and follow-up of court proceedings, ensuring rigorous technical defence and a litigation strategy tailored to each case.
When a matter reaches the courts, every decision counts. At Márquez & De León we handle the entire process: we analyse the case, design the strategy, draft the pleadings, gather the necessary evidence and represent our clients at every hearing before the Arrecife courts and the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands. We handle civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, acting as claimants or prosecution as well as in defence. We do not improvise. Every step is designed to build a solid position from the outset through to enforcement of the judgment.
