Mariano de León Perdomo

Law degree from the University of Las Palmas. Member no. 405 of the Lanzarote Bar Association. Local government official with national accreditation on leave of absence.

After completing his law degree, he prepared for the competitive examination to become a Local Government Official with National Qualification. He initially worked as Acting Secretary of the Teguise City Council until, in 2016, he joined the Corps of Local Government Officials with National Qualification. He continued to serve as Secretary of the Teguise City Council until July 2019.

Since then, he has also served as Secretary General of the Lanzarote Island Council, a position he has held exclusively since March 2021 until he was granted voluntary leave on December 31, 2023.

Since then, she has been practicing law, specializing in public law (urban planning, environment, and regulated sectors), with offices in Lanzarote, Seville, and Vejer de la Frontera.

Agustín Márquez Cabrera

Agustín Márquez Cabrera holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been practising law since 2007 and is a member of the Lanzarote Bar Association, registration number 404.

He began his professional career in Madrid, working for the European Law Firm. In 2010, he began his professional activity on the island of Lanzarote, taking on legal representation in both private matters and public institutions.

Substitute State Attorney authorised by the Directorate General of the State Legal Service on 15 October 2010.

Attorney authorised to defend and represent the Insurance Compensation Consortium for Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Lawyer for the External Legal Services of the Tías Town Council (2017 to 2020).

Insolvency administrator; civil and commercial mediator; arbitrator; Member of the Governing Board of the Lanzarote Bar Association (treasurer).
